Hi, I'm Dan Pine and I help visionary entrepreneurs remove the hidden obstacles that prevent them from achieving exponential growth. 

Warren Buffet has a great quote and I'm paraphrasing, but he says the difference between successful people and really successful people is that really successful people say no to almost everything. 

And I think that perhaps the most public-facing example of an entrepreneur who does this at an extraordinary level is Elon Musk. 

Now, anecdotally, I heard that at one point he was having trouble in Space X, getting the Falcon Nine rocket off the ground, to get it to actually fly. 

And the story goes that he cleared his entire calendar, set up a standing workstation in the middle of what I believe is the Tesla factory floor, and just focused on applying his first-principles approach to the physics to solve that problem. 

And he did. 

And here's a guy who has perhaps more irons in the fire than anyone else. 

More companies taking more huge shots at big goals with those companies. 

And yet he takes this one thing and he says, if I don't get this rocket flying, then nothing else is going to matter. 

And he says no to everything else.

And he simply solves that big problem. 

He finds the one thing that's going to make everything else he has to do either easier or irrelevant. 

And then he knocks that thing out. 

You see, he's perhaps the easiest person to identify and look at who has a natural operating system that is closest to what I call the simplified intensity principle. 

And this is something that I developed, and really discovered, after working with many, many entrepreneurs who wanted to achieve extraordinary business growth, really felt that they could, and that they could do more than where they were currently at. 

But they felt like they were held back. 

Like they hit a plateau, like they were on a hamster wheel and really running and running, but making no progress because they were constantly putting out fires, constantly handling and managing crises.

And so when we combine those three things and then we do that process sequentially over and over and over again, I see businesses explode and achieve extraordinary growth, like many business owners never thought was possible.
